GQ Cover Hottie

It thrills me to say, history’s given us some pretty badass queens. Queen Elizabeth I, who proved that a woman (and a single woman at that!) could reign more powerful than any man; Queen Victoria, the longest reigning monarch in UK history; Cleopatra VII, the last Pharaoh of Egypt who came to power at just 17-years-old, and whose powerful presence, wit, and intelligence, historians say, could rule the world; and Queen Bey, the fiercest, most badass chick of all.

She had a baby, remember?

Never mind those Chinese zodiac signs! 2013 is the Year of the Beyoncé! I mean, she spits more fire than any dragon, has more stripes (musical stripes, that is) than a tiger, she can move her body in a way that would make any snake jealous, and let’s face it, people…the woman isn’t monkeying around when it comes to establishing herself as the “hottest chick in the game.”

And, oh, she has! Just check out the latest issue of GQ with Bey on the cover as the magazine’s “hottest woman of the last thirteen years!” And reminder: this is what Bey looks like post-baby Blue! Yee-OW!

If you’re wondering why the singer/actress/designer/producer/Wonder Woman is dressed in sports-themed attire it’s because…duhh…she’s doing the Super Bowl Halftime Show! In other words, the Super Bowl will be “Beyoncé featuring a football game” and not the other way around. Don’t get it twisted.

The pic ‘heard round the world’…Bey for H&M?!

Are you ready for some football?!

Besides the Super Bowl, Beyoncé has her new $50 million Pepsi deal (her face will actually be on the cans!), an upcoming HBO documentary (airing February 16th), and a new summer campaign with H&M that’s bound to be boundlessly fabulous! (A picture of Bey on an H&M set in the Bahamas surfaced today, but the partnership is still very hush hush.)

The woman can do it all, but don’t think she doesn’t know that. Queen Bey tells GQ, “I now know that, yes, I am powerful. I’m more powerful than my mind can even digest and understand” (GQ Magazine).

Ladies and gentlemen, Beyoncé Knowles is no queen. She’s an EMPRESS!
